If you are also fluent in French, you can secure a spot as a track marshal in the Belgian section of the Road Rides. Feel free to leave us a note about your skills when you sign up so we can assign you just the right task.
After your application we will keep you informed by mail. In the same way, if you have any questions or suggestions, you can contact us at volunteers@3rides-festival.com. We will inform you about the final distribution of tasks a few weeks before the event.

As a volunteer, you can gain insight into a variety of tasks. You have the opportunity to gain unique experiences, meet new people and make the event special for visitors and participants.
In the application, you can put together your own field of activity. This way you can get a taste of each area. If possible, we will assign you according to your wishes. If that doesn't work out, we'll give you another exciting task.
You have the choice:
Expo, number distribution, beverage station
You are the guarantor for good mood and happy guests. You are in direct contact with exhibitors and athletes on site and make sure that everything runs smoothly on the grounds.
Your tasks range from handing out race numbers to manning information booths and providing direct support to participating athletes.
Meanwhile, you can get a great behind-the-scenes look at a major sporting event.
Track marshal 3RIDES Rides & Races
You have the overview! You make the race safer! As a marshal you secure the course, warn the athletes of possible dangers and communicate problems. You are also the first point of contact for anyone who needs support. Of course, you won't be alone, but will be in charge of your section of the course as part of the team.
Catering station 3RIDES Rides & Races
You bring the athletes to the finish line. Several aid stations will provide race participants with isotonic drinks and high-energy foods to help them master the long distance. You will help to keep the food station freshly stocked and make sure that your guests are well taken care of.
We want to create a Safe Space for All and also welcome suggestions and requests to better achieve this goal.
If you feel uncomfortable or mistreated during the event, an awareness officer will be at your disposal at any time during the event.
We will provide you with all the information you need before the event. And if there should be any problems, we are available for you around the clock.
