The route: The small Cyclo Tour starts, like all tours, at the CHIO grounds. It goes to the north-west of Aachen, where the border to the Netherlands is passed before the route turns south. On beautiful roads through wooded areas, the course then leads over the Vaalserberg - at 322.5 m the highest natural elevation in the Netherlands and famous for the border triangle.
