3RIDES Gravel Winterberg will take place from Friday, 17 July 2026 to Sunday, 19 July 2026.

3RIDES is introducing a new format for the Gravel Winterberg Edition in 2026: the Gravel Stage Race. The three stages will take place from Friday to Sunday. It is possible to book each individual day or take part in the entire stage race and compete for victory in the overall standings.

On the first stage, the participants cover 20 km and 500 m of altitude in a gravel time trial.

The distance of the stages on Saturday and Sunday depends on the age group of the starters.

The Stage 2 lap on Saturday comprises 40 km and 1,000 m of climbing. The 50w+ and 60m+ age groups ride two laps (80 km, 2,000 m elevation gain), while the elite age groups up to 49w and 59m complete three laps (120 km, 3,000 m elevation gain).

The Stage 3 lap on Sunday is 49 km long and has an elevation gain of 1,200 m. The 50w+ and 60m+ age group will ride two laps (98 km, 2,400 m elevation gain), while the elite age group up to 49w and 59m will complete three laps (147 km, 3,600 m elevation gain). Stage 3 is also part of the UCI Gravel World Series and an official qualifying race for the Gravel World Championships.

In the 3RIDES Gravel Stage Race Winterberg races, there are daily rankings based on the results of all starters in each stage. In addition, the overall classification is based on the addition of the riding times of the three individual stages.

Each stage can be booked individually. However, to have a chance of winning the overall classification, you must take part in all three stages. The best women and men in the overall standings will receive prize money (see below).
